Tinubu Appoints New Federal Commissioners Of RMAFC

The appointment of 21 new Federal Commissioners of the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) have been approved by President Bola Tinubu.

According to a press statement issued by the President’s Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, the new commissioners include Mrs. Linda Nkechi Oti (Abia); Mr. Akpan Imo Effiong (Akwa Ibom); Mr. Enefe Ekene (Anambra); Professor Steve Ugba (Benue); Chief Eyonsa (Cross River); Aruviere Egharhevwe (Delta); Nduka Henry Awuregu (Ebonyi) and Mr. Victor Eboigbe (Edo).

Others are Hon. Wumi Ogunlola (Ekiti); Hon. Ozo Obumreme Obodougo (Enugu); Alhaji Kabir Ibrahim Mashi (Katsina); Hon. Adamu Fanda (Kano); Dr. Kunle Wright (Lagos) and Mr. Aliyu Almakura Abdulkadir (Nasarawa); Mr. Bako Shetima (Niger); Mr. Samuel Durojaye (Ogun); Mr. Nathaniel Adejutelegan (Ondo); Hon. Saad Bello Ibrahim (Plateau); Mr. Modu-Aji Juluri (Yobe) and Alhaji Bello Rabiu Garba (Zamfara)

The appointments are subject to confirmation by the Senate.
