Senator Ifeanyi Uba Dies At 52

Businessman and politician, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, is dead.

The Senator representing Anambra South reportedly died in a hotel in London while on holidays.

Aged 52, Ubah was elected into the Senate for two terms on the platform of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) before he defected to the All Progressives Party (APC) about a year ago to contest for next year’s governorship election in Anambra State.

Spokesman of the Senate, Yemi Adaramodu, confirmed Ubah’s death.

Before he joined politics, Ubah was a big player in the petroleum downstream sector and Chairman of Capital Oil Limited.
