A Federal High Court in Abuja has nullified the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primaries in Edo State, which produced corporate lawyer, Asue Igbodalo.
In a ruling on Thursday, the court presided over by Justice Inyang Ekwo, declared that the PDP nomination processes were non-compliant with its own constitution.
The court thereafter set aside all processes leading to the governorship primaries held on February 22.
