Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has appointed Mr. Sam Egube as his new Deputy Chief of Staff.
Egugbe is replacing Mr. Gboyega Soyannwo, who died a few weeks ago following a brief illness.
The new Deputy Chief of Staff served as the Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning in Lagos from 2019 to 2023. He was reappointed in 2023, but his nomination was rejected by the State House of Assembly for undisclosed reasons.
